I'm going to go airsofting (is that even correct(shit if I know)) for the first time on Saturday. I'm %100 positive that Daul has the right idea about how to dress for this event and what I need to bring to kick my guy friends' asses!

This Thursday, Nov 18, I went to the Denver Public Library to do my internship (I intern for Tricia Hoke) where 11 local designers showcased six different looks. This year the show's judging panel featured "Project Runway" finalist Mondo Guerra, "Shear Genius" contestant Charlie Price, and 5280's fashion editor Georgia Alexia Benjou. The show's theme was Slideshow, prmoting lots of theatrical and dynamically whimsical designs that ranged in season from summer to winter.

superhero day

For homecoming our high school has a theme for everyday of the week. Monday was 70's (I refused to dress up), Tuesday was Hip-hop, Wednesday was preppy, Thursday was superhero day, and Friday is blue and gold day (school colors). Since I don't have a magical cape in my closet I just colored my eyes with some intense eyeshadow. It made me feel like a character from Avatar or something.
